Cigar International Scores with April’s Selections

Ah, the power of the press. No doubt because of my stated displeasure with the March selection, the April Cigar of the Month Club shipment from Cigars International is much better and provides an interesting selection.

First comes the Partagas Black Label Clasico (5.25″ x 54), which received a nice review and a 90 rating from Cigar Aficionado. The Padilla Signature 1932 Robusto (5″ x 50) did even better with Cigar Aficionado, which gave it a 93 and ranked it as one of the top 25 cigars. The Verdadero Organic Torpedo (6″ x 52) worries me a bit because of the “organic” moniker, but I’ll keep an open mind. The final stick is a de Grisogono Torpedo (6″ x 52).

  1. I believe I’ll sample the Padilla tonight. Sounds promising.
